Trulli are conical constructions in stone, exclusive of Itria Valley. All different in furnishing and spaces, but all equally welcoming and fascinating, our trulli date back to the 19th century.
Trullo Quercia, Trullino Fichi d’India, Trullino Pineta and Trullo Castagno have living room with TV, kitchen or kitchenette and bathroom with shower or bath. Based to the square footage, they can accommodate from 2 to 5 people.
With its four-cone structure, it is composed by two separated areas, large living room with wood-burning fireplace, characteristic stone bathroom, equipped kitchenette, heating, air conditioning in a bedroom and a large tree-lined courtyard.
It is located only 50 meters from the swimming pool, the bowling alley and the playground.

A course to learn how to prepare the traditional tomato sauce, one of the treasures of Apulia. We will teach you how to prepare the real and inimitable Apulian tomato sauce. The program includes a practical lesson, a typical lunch and some bottles of room made by you for free. Also cooking is fun with us! Book to believe!
A unique event in the magical atmosphere of the trulli in which a real harvest will take place with the crushing of the grapes.
It includes: a peasant dinner, harvest, a bottle of must as a gift and the exclusive recipe for the Elixir of Agritrulli grapes … the “divine balsam”.

In collaboration with the Tempestoso Cheese Factory in Martina Franca we bring our guests to see how to prepare the famous “mozzarella’s treccine” and Apulian “burrata” made on traditional way. The tour ends with a tasting of these fresh and genuine products.
